By using this website and placing an order it is accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the following Terms and Conditions. The supply of goods by Cartridge World Malta Ltd (“Us”) shall be subject to and conditional upon acceptance of the following terms and conditions which shall apply notwithstanding any purported waiver, expressed or implied, by or on behalf of the seller. Where there is any conflict between these conditions and any proposed by the buyer of the goods (“You”) these terms and conditions shall apply. Any condition which the buyer wishes to apply on any supply of goods must be specifically agreed in writing by the seller. The risk in the goods supplied shall pass to the buyer on delivery into the buyer’s possession or to the carrier or place of delivery nominated by the buyer and the seller shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage occurring thereafter.
“You”, “Customer” means any member of the public using the website, placing an order or transacting on the website. In the case of an individual using the website on behalf of a company the individual warrants that he/she has the necessary authority to bind the company.

“Contract” is the contract containing these terms and conditions, formed by our acceptance of your Order “Order” means an order placed by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Products” are deemed to be those products listed as items for sale on the Website.
“Website” is the website operated by or on behalf of Cartridge World Malta ltd and located at the internet domain with the URL https://www.cartridgeworldmalta.com
2. Your Details
2.1 When you register for an account with the Website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Cartridge World Malta Ltd as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the website, and then update the relevant section.
3. The Contract between US
3.1 Any contract for purchases made through this Website will be with Cartridge World Malta Ltd, registered in Malta, and whose registered office is at Shop 1, Block G, Bella Vista Street San Gwann, Company Registration Number C34370.
4. Placing an Order and Making PaymenT
4.1 Once you have proceeded to check out you will be asked to place your Order. Upon placing your Order you will be requested to make payment in respect of the price of the Products you wish to order from us.
4.2 Any payment made by you will be to Cartridge World Malta Ltd and constitutes an offer, from you to us, to buy the Products. We accept payment by approved credit and debit cards.
4.3 Any Contract is dependent and conditional upon our verification of availability and confirmation of both your Order and your card or other payment details. Any offer made by you will be subject to acceptance by us and until such acceptance has been communicated to you, we reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your Order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this Website.
4.4 In taking payment, Cartridge World Malta Ltd do not store credit card details or share any credit card information with third parties.
5. Order Confirmation
5.1 Once payment has been received we may send you an acknowledgement of the Order by e-mail (“Order Acknowledgement”). Such Order Acknowledgement may be automatically generated and shall not constitute an acceptance of the Order.
5.2 We will confirm that your Order has been accepted by sending you a confirmation email to the email address you provide in your registration form (the “Confirmation Email”). The Confirmation Email will include your name, the order number and the total price.
5.3 The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation Email.
5.4 Title to any products you order on this Website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
5.5 We recommend that you retain a printed copy of these Terms with a copy and/or note of your Order, Order Acknowledgment, Confirmation Email, payment method acceptance and invoice as evidence of purchase.
6. Stock Availability
6.1 The web site is updated regularly with regard to Stock Availability. Whilst every effort is made to show the correct availability of stock, the stock availability shown on the Website is an indication of the availability at the time of the last update and does not constitute confirmation of stock availability at time of order. Cartridge World Malta Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract that cannot be fulfilled due to discontinuation or lack of stock.
6.2 We may revise prices for Products listed as available items on the Website at any time. A price remains valid only for the duration of the day on which Customer visits the page of the Website displaying that price.
7.1 Our total liability shall be limited to the price paid for the item which incurred the liability, except in the case of personal injury.

10.1 The rights of cancellation set out below apply to any agreement between you and us as long as the item is

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of 14 days beginning on the day on which you receive the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
10.2 You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:

11. Faulty Goods
11.1 If you are experiencing problems with your ink or toner cartridges purchased through this Website it may be possible to resolve your problem by taking the following actions:
Ink levels showing as low or empty: In the case of ink cartridges, it is entirely possible for this to show as low or empty. This does not mean the cartridge will not work. You will still be able to use this cartridge normally irrespective of the message you get. With regards to toner cartridges, you should always get accurate toner levels and it should show as full on arrival. If this is not the case, the cartridge may be faulty. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the item to be inspected , repaired or replaced as necessary.
Cartridge printing faintly, streaky or not at all: If the cartridges are not printing at all, firstly ensure you have removed any protective tapes for ink cartridges and have removed any covers or pulled any toner seals attached to the cartridge. In the case of ink jet printers, we suggest you use the clean printheads function included with your printers’ software, or through the printer panel. Tthis can often remove any ‘dried in’ ink on the cartridge. Once you have run the clean printheads function, print a ‘nozzle check’ test print and you should see a test pattern for each of the different coloured ink in your cartridge, this obviously differs by cartridge type i.e. black, tri-colour or photo-cartridge. If any of these are faint or missing, repeat the clean printheads function and print a further ‘nozzle check’. If after the second process any are still faint or missing we can assume the cartridge is faulty.
11.2 If after taking the above action, the cartridge is still not working and you are sure the fault is not linked to the printer itself, the cartridge may be faulty. Email us on email@example.com for further support. If it is established that the cartridge is faulty, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or credit your account accordingly.
12. Incorrect Goods
12.1 If you believe the product is incorrect because your printer is not listed on the box, this may not be the case. Each cartridge type is often used in many different printers. As the printer manufacturers frequently release new printer models, we can often have stock where the packaging does not contain the latest model list.
12.2 You can check that you have the correct cartridges by checking the documentation that came with your printer, listing the correct cartridges your machine needs. If you do not have the original manuals and documents that came with the printer, you can also find these online on the manufacturers website. If the cartridge model numbers match then you have received the correct cartridges.
Important: If you are still in doubt, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 21386688 BEFORE opening the product packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any non-faulty product where the seals have been broken or if the cartridge has been used.
12.3 If you are sure that the product is incorrect please email us on email@example.com to arrange for a replacement. If it is established that the cartridge is incorrect, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or credit your account accordingly. Your responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility of any cartridges offered for sale by us both with the existing printer models and with any other printer models offered for sale by us.
It is your responsibility to ensure proper installation of our cartridges into your printer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that wherever necessary you access the manufacturers website to download any necessary product upgrades (including drivers and manuals).
13. Goods Damaged in Transit
13.1 If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we accept that the goods were damaged in transit then we will arrange for a collection. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or credit your account accordingly.

17. Force Majeure
17.1 Cartridge World Malta Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
18.1 If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Cartridge World Malta Ltd excludes or limits liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

20. Governing Law
20.1 This contract is subject to the law of the Republic of Malta
21.1 These terms and conditions, together with the current Website prices, delivery details and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Cartridge World Malta Ltd. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of Cartridge World Malta Ltd. In particular nothing said by any sales person should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
21.2 All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Malta. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
